About Our Care
As a Medicare‑certified provider, we offer all
four levels of hospice care—routine, inpatient,
respite and continuous—to give you
flexibility and peace of mind.

Understanding Hospice
Hospice care focuses on managing pain
and symptoms while honoring quality of
life at the end of life. It centers on comfort,
emotional and spiritual support, not
curative treatment.
Delivered by an interdisciplinary team—
hospice physicians, nurses, social workers,
chaplains, therapists, pharmacists, and
volunteers—hospice care treats the whole
person, not just the illness.
Hospice Services
Inpatient & 24/7 Support
Short-term inpatient stays for intensive symptom management, plus scheduled home visits with access to a 24/7 call center.
Open Access
Hospice support may begin even while receiving treatment, easing the transition between curative care and comfort care.
Specialized Therapies
Including nutritional guidance, board-certified music therapy, and Namaste care with sensory based activities for comfort and serenity.
Emotional & Spiritual Support
Licensed social workers, chaplains, and trained volunteers provide counseling, respite, and meaningful companionship.
Bereavement Care
Families receive up to 13 months of grief support, including memorials, groups, and one-on-one counseling.
